Introduction
Continuing Care™ is an optional ecommerce system included in your account.
Patients can use the In Hand Health Patient App to receive your services for free for as long as you like. However, if you would like to monetize the In Hand Health service as an additional revenue stream or build, deliver, and charge for custom wellness programs with our system, then Continuing Care subscriptions are your answer.
The Continuing Care™ section of PTIH includes all the tools you need to establish the subscription products you want to offer (prices and terms) and manage the revenue you generate. All customer billing is handled by In Hand Health. Patients pay for their subscriptions with a credit card through the In Hand Health Patient App. We deposit the subscription revenue in your account automatically.
Processor Information
In Hand Health uses Braintree, a division of PayPal, to process credit card payments and distribute funds to clinics who use Physical Therapy In Hand. (Learn more about Braintree.) By completing the Deposit Account section, clinics are establishing a submerchant account under In Hand Health’s master account at Braintree. Braintree securely accepts customer credit cards and makes deposits in a clinic’s and In Hand Health’s banking accounts upon a successful charge. Contact info@inhandhealth.com with any questions.
Security
In Hand Health does not store any credit card information. Any billing related information stored by In Hand Health (names, postal information, bank account and routing numbers, and last four digits of social security numbers) is encrypted and stored securely by the Google Cloud Platform.
