Use the Products tab to configure your subscription products and prices for each one.
- In Hand Health suggests two subscription products for every PTIH account: Health & Wellness and Extended Care. You can delete these, modify them, or create your own products. You are in control of the products you want to offer.
- You can edit any details of either offering by clicking the blue Edit button. Turn the product offering off by unchecking the box next to the product name and clicking or tapping the Save button.
- Offer a patient Continuing Care within his or her patient record. See how.
- Notes: Pricing updates take effect immediately after the Save button is clicked for all subscribers. Monthly subscribers are not notified of any change (increase or decrease) in their pricing. Annual subscribers will see any price changes in their renewal email reminders.
