An account in PTIH is established as a “Clinic” that represents your physical therapy practice. Each PTIH Clinic has “Staff” (physical therapists, patient administrators, and clinic administrators) and “Patients”. See the following diagram for more information:

Clinic All account activity in PTIH is performed and recorded in the context of a “Clinic” which has the same name in PTIH as your real physical therapy practice (e.g. Elite Physical Therapy). |

Staff Add the physical therapists and other employees of your PT practice to the PTIH clinic as “Staff” members. Each person you add as a staff member must have a clinic user license. (See also Staff Roles.) |

Patients Records for your patients are created in PTIH and assigned to one or more Therapists in your clinic. Clinics can have an unlimited number of patients. |
