To send a video to a patient:
- Save the video (MP4, MOV) you wish to send to your patient on your computer or tablet.
- Enter the patient's Messages tab as described in the Messages: Overview and Access section.
- Click the blue plus (+) button and select Send Video.
- Follow the instructions in the Send Video to a Patient dialog box and click OK.
- The video will be uploaded and sent to the Messages section of the patient’s In Hand Health Patient App. NOTE: Shorter videos are recommended to keep file sizes and upload times to a minimum.
